Looks decent, the steel is one of my favourites. Tip down isn't an issue since that's what I prefer on my pals best anyway. Tip up is prone to accidental opening by way of sling, moving whilst prone and so on.
Yeah, who designs a knife where no matter how you use the clip the blade is upside down and backwards? And assisted opening to so it's going to pop open on my hip?
A bit of a hit and miss reputation with B&S. That price doesn't really turn my head for that steel, anyway.
And dont get me wrong- it's a perfectly decent steel, just not such a great deal here for this knife, on this site.
