Though it measures 44 millimeters, the Bertucci A-4T is designed for mobility. The case is made from a single piece of titanium for durability without the bulk—not to mention the crown is positioned at 4 o’clock to help prevent wrist impingement. All numerals, the dial has a 12-hour track on the outside and authentic military-inspired 24-hour markings just inside of them. Tucked away at 4 o’clock is a date window. If you need to take the watch for a dip, it’s water resistant to a solid 100 meters. That’s to protect the Swiss-made all-metal quartz movement inside, which has a 5-year battery life to boot. To protect the dial? A hardened anti-glare sapphire crystal. Get the illuminated A-4T watch on a Horween leather strap or go for the nylon Defender strap.
