I see that you have worked diligently to raise the price. I see little, if any, evidence of any work done to address QC issues about this knife, and certainly no evidence of letting us know what has been done. I like the fact that you have this forum. It's a great thing. I like it even better that you seem to allow (virtually) all posts. You really should employ these responses to improve the way you run this place. I grew up in a time when most business based there dealings on the concept, The customer is always right." I know that is not true, but it certainly produced a good feeling when I had an issue, which was almost never. Today, it looks like nearly all businesses treat the customer as a necessary evil, being only a means to the bottom line. What a great ethos had swept thru the realm of commerce,we, the customers, are guilty until proven innocent.
