How is the quality of this light? Is it worth the price for a keychain light? I'm still on the fence about it but I'm interested. Is it a bright and powerful light?

ghostfaceIt's a great light. I already have a copper from the last drop. There are brighter lights out there but this one is good for any inside work or for the car. It's very well made and a pleasure to own. Never fails to get comments when I use it. It's seemed a little large for a key ring at first, but it grew on me. I often separate it from the key ring and put it in another pocket if I'm concerned about it showing. I'm in for a nickel light now.

AmafanAgreed. It's a 2-stage brightness, ideal for nighttime walks etc. It's floody rather than a sharp beam, so some users might mistake that as a weak light. I carry mine on a lanyard around the neck for when I want to park it for a length of time. The quick release is very handy as I carry it in hand and shuffle it betwen hand and jacket pocket, then park it on the quick release when I don't need immediate access.
Edit: I know some police who like the 4Sevens Preons for traffic stops etc., and I think this light could be just as effective.
