My board game group has both of these and they're both great. Mansions takes a lot of setup and is difficult with 3 people. Betrayal is a great game that expands on the fly, we often try to make an 'impossible' house by encircling the entrance way with first floor rooms. I can completely see why they are offered together as they play similarly, although once you play mansions once you become rushed in every other play through.
Tl;Dr: already can play these games whenever I want, but am getting them anyway.
