Why buy it at all then that far out? If something were to happen to you, or you needed the extra cash wouldn't it be wise to just wait till when you did want to play? And if you did get it now you could make memories and have a good time all before October comes!
Whether you get it here or not, I can definitely recommend this if you enjoy horror, or are a fan of the regular Betrayal at House on the Hill. Started the campaign with 4 of my friends a couple days ago and it was amazing. Really looking forward to the rest of the campaign.
But I am. So you can't say "every board game deal can be beat when you figure in shipping or wait time." Because for many of us, the cheaper price is more important than wait time, meaning the deal in fact cannot be beat by Amazon. Point being, whether the deal is better or not depends entirely on the consumer in question. It's fine that you'd prefer the faster shipping that you pay a $3 premium for, but that's a personal thing not a hard and fast rule.
