these are awesome. I have them, but the plastic swivels are kinda weak. I am keeping mine together with thick unbent paper clips. other than that. these are probably the most comfortable and best sounding cans i have ever owned.

dlocascioNope. The impedance of 32 ohms is pretty much the standard for being easily usable with a portable device.

tproxYou can get the A500X, which is better in every way except portability, on Amazon for the same price as the max discount for the 660's here - cheaper if you get free shipping.<br /><br />These are decent, jack-of-all-trades entry-level audiophile headphones. If that's what you're looking for, these would be a solid choice.

TannerRight there with you, I'd consider them as travel headphones if I didn't have a pair of MDR-V6's for that purpose. These could make a nice gift though.
