RequiesceLike someone above said, the 1st link are the Premium variants, or sometimes called as the 2005 editions. They are discontinued and hard to source. I'll let MD confirm, but almost positive the ones MD are selling are the Pro variants, i.e. the pics are of the actual units and like your 2nd link.
I also agree on preference for the Pros - more bass, built like tanks. I owned premiums before, and they're fine with a recable, but harsh otherwise. Don't hit the sub-bass as hard as the Pros.

Definitely on board for DT770 Pros, but not going to commit until I know for sure.
