I don't understand why everyone is complaining... If you can find them cheaper elsewhere, then go buy them there. Also, if you already bought them cheaper months ago, congratulations! no one gives a shit. IDK why you think complaining will suddenly make MD say, "wow, they are right, lets drop this price another $50" lol. I must say though, I enjoy the banter; it's like watching a group of guys at the bar talk about how they are gonna bang the hot chick over there, yet none of them have the balls to actually go talk to her, lol. Carry on children....

ThisisntbicPeople are complaining because the whole point of the site is to bring deep discounts to products when people group together and buy in bulk. If you can find them cheaper elsewhere, like amazon, by myself... then what are we doing here? MD does have good deals sometimes, so you come into a drop like this and see an MSRP of 399 and think "wow this looks like a really good deal" only to find out it's maybe a $10 discount on the amazon price which gives me my product in two days. Then you get frustrated because you start to think that maybe MD knows exactly what they're doing by offering some good deals and other shit deals (this deal isn't necessarily "shit" but there certainly have been several). Ok, so, the result is that I can't trust what MD tells me and I've got to do research on the quality and pricing of a product regardless, right? And that is exactly what is happening here. People are sharing their experience and research on the product and deal so that the rest of us can benefit from it. And some people can't recognize that and just take it as complaining. The only reason we're having this conversation is because MD tries to pass off deals as a $190 discount when it appears to be $10-20 at most.

ThisisntbicExactly. And since when does Amazon sell anything for MSRP. MSRP on any product typically higher than the actual street value. Indeed these were probably worth much more when they were first released a couple of years ago. If it's worth $10-$20 for you to get it "tomorrow" then go for it.

usenameMD gets that number from manufacturer recommended retail. Beyer says they're worth Price A, market says they're worth price B, because price B sells faster and makes the same profit, or better than, Price A which is a higher profit margin that won't sell so easily. I've seen the DT line over the past year drop fifty or so USD, in some cases almost 80. They're getting cheaper on their own, so MD is hard pressed on just how much of a profit margin they can take while still being able to sell these. Good thing is, and just how this all works, MD knows there's people that will buy and they don't have to hold stock. The consumer still gets a small discount. The only time anything here gets SUPER CHEAP is when it's a repetitive drop, such as the exclusives.
