These vs sennheiser hs58x jubilee?
Clearly these. But you'll have to test them, audio is subjective in the end.
I own the DT990 Edition 600Ohm and HD58X Jubilee. I prefer the HD58X for music and the DT990 for gaming, but I don't think that necessarily means you'd feel the same way. DT990 has very in-your-face treble, which some people complain about, and it can have a kind of granular quality to the high end. It has more oomf on the bass side, and a noticeably wider soundstage. The DT990 is also impressively comfortable, more so than the HD58X. I also find the HD58X comfortable, just not to the same degree, and some people with wider heads complain about the HD58X applying a clamping pressure that can be uncomfortable. Despite having a disadvantage on soundstage, I find it easier to get lost in the music with the HD58X because to me they sound more effortless and natural. Unless you're super sensitive to treble, I don't think you'll be disappointed with the DT990, they're a good headphone, especially if you use an equalizer a little to level out the high end.
