JuanRSo why give the product a 1 ⭐️ review?
This section is for product information to help inform potential buyers.....not how well your shipping experience went.
Rowdy2026I would argue that the buying process is just as important as the quality of the product in the review, especially since a lot of the products on this site can be bought elsewhere, so this is pretty much the only place to warn others of bad CS experiences.
KuesaSure, you can argue....just that you’d be wrong.
And it would only really be relevant to other buyers if the issue wasn’t fixed wouldn’t it?.....cause you know mistakes happen. If all product reviews were based on third party shipping issues then Amazon would send many companies broke.
Rowdy2026Drop doesn't have a great history with CS. Like I said before, this is the perfect spot to tell customers to buy the product from somewhere else, especially if Drop isn't doing a great job.
KuesaI’ll spell it out for you....D.I.S.C.U.S.S.I.O.N.S
Please give it a try. You might find there’s an even better spot to discuss your shipping spats. 👍
Rowdy2026Why would anyone buy an item based on the amount of stars rather than reading the reviews? I would hope people read individual reviews to find out why they were given the rating they were. Sounds idiotic.
Rowdy2026All information is important in order to make a purchase decision, especially for people that just discover the site.
People write reviews not only for the products but also the company and service behind the products. As a consumer, we force change through this platform. Unless someone tries to make up stories, any ambarrassing experience exposed will only benefit the consumer. I welcome more expression in the reviews section to help me make an objective decision, so are many people who don't work for the company.
abbejoel1So I will advise you do the same as the information already given.
Put it in the discussions section and stop wasting members time with whiney shipping stories when all they want here is product info.
Some of us might even use the review section for a product and not buy from Drop....we don’t care for issues outside the product.
Ever think of that?
Jackstraw335The stars add up to give a very important average for a product that a large % of buyers use instead of combing through all comments.
Is it fair to these headphones and their manufacturer that a third party shipping issue is used to make up this score? Do interested buyers want them included?
I’ll give you a hint...the answer is no.
Rowdy2026It’s a consumer platform, not regulated by the owner, if freedom of expression is not welcome to you, sorry we can’t help. The goal is to rate to product and the producer so they can do better. If you want to use it to purchase elsewhere, you’ll find many reviews for your taste. Some of us order here, we think it’s important to the frequency or the likelihood of getting the wrong product after months of waiting. This is not amazon where you can process the return and exchange in a week. There’s no advise I’ll take from you! Done!
abbejoel1You think I don’t order here? I bet I’ve ordered more here in the last month than you in however long.
Where the purchase is made is not significant or give you any more right to complain about shipping issues in the product review section.
You can’t seem to comprehend this...you will also not acknowledge the DISCUSSIONS section under this product I’ve pointed out like 1k x’s....ignorance is bliss they say.
Your’s is glowing. All the best. 😎
**Edit...if you’re so unhappy with the experience from Drop, after taking issue up with them with no resolution, why are you still here anyway??
Rowdy2026It's not about how much you order or I order, (you sound Trump like) because obviously you only know about yourself. It's about buying decisions and the importance of availability of information in that matter.
Although I haven't had any bad shipping experience with drop, I defend the right for everyone to express their issues and make them available to potential buyers. Even if you have a love relationship with drop, you'll do them a favor by bringing up your concerns in public, business never change in private. The experience you're enjoying today, critical people made it possible, not funboys.
Even drop welcom the freedom of expression regarding people's experiences with their company so they can do better. Your love story with drop obstructs the reason. Keep writing, bye.
abbejoel1Who are you arguing with?
Look, I’ll ignore your novel length babble to inform you (once again) you’re commenting about it in the wrong section....it really does take some getting through with some people.
