Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

GGWP guys!
Update: I kinda regret even buying a headphone amp. Theese sound amazing straight from my Macbook Air, and I'm not sure I can even tell the difference from the Macbook vs my Cambridge Audio DAC + Schiit Vali amplifier. (Just kidding, definetely a difference, see update 2)
Update 2: Did some testing. The Macbook can play them fine and at a decent volume. At max volume, it seems like the volume in the right cup is a little higher.
However, when I hook it up to the Vali, the magic happens. The bass gains a lot of dept and I'm able to crank the volume up, which is in my opinion where this headphone really shine.
They are pretty bright which I really noticed when I tried gaming with them. Ingame sounds such as pings and swordswings in League of Legends become very bright. Similarly in CS:GO, gun shots are EXTREMELY crisp and it's an awesome experience if you crank it up which makes gunfights ridiculously loud. I'm pretty sure I need to work with some EQ settings for CS:GO as it's a little too much brightness over longer periods of time. Games with more teatrical soundeffects are another story though. The Witcher 3 gave me an incredibly detailed and super wide soundstage, and Battlefield drops you right into the war zone.
