Hmm, the DT990 Pros go for 148,90€ here in Finland, and that is a regular price and a good deal IMHO. You can also get the 600ohm version for 259€, which is still cheaper than this ($240 with shipping) + 24% customs. Just saying.

SpidyYou don't get the much sexier metal grill then. Some people also claim that the Premium sounds better than the Pro.

TheAsianCheapstakeYou are absolutely right. The metal grill looks hotter. Sadly I have no idea of which sounds better, the Pro or the Premium, since I haven't had the opportunity to test either one. According to the interwebs, the Pro is a bit more bass-heavy, has a touch tighter clamp, and the coil is corded. I'd prefer a straight cord, although I wouldn't mind the heavier bass. Decisions, decisions...

SpidyI would dare to say that neither of them sound better than the DT880 premium I'm having now haha. I once had the DT990 pro 250, and then sold it to get a used DT880 instead. The 880 has a more accurate sound to me, the most important thing is that the mid is not shallow like the DT990. The bass on DT990 is actually not so good too imho, it sounds kinda loose and incoherent. I drive both of them using Schiit Magni fyi.
