I received my box today. It arrived in a USPS bubble wrap Flat Rate envelope. Needless to say, my box wasn't protected during shipping, and the box arrived damaged.
I don't want to open it until I've heard what Massdrop plans to do, this is a $100 product that wasn't shipped properly.

Sicar23Did they fix this issue for you? I am new to massdrop and I don't want mine to end up like this.

WarrenJ375I too, would like to know if they helped resolve this issue. I have ordered many times from Massdrop and never had an issue, but I'd like to know how well they back their customers when their chosen vendor drops the ball.

Sicar23Why does it matter that the box containing the booster packs was beat up a bit? As long as the cards are fine there is no issue here. Toss the box or use it for storing, it doesn't need to look pretty while collecting dust.

H0bb1tM1ndTr1xYou don't understand that someone may want to store the sealed boxes in closet and sell them in the future for profit. So the boxes need to be in good shape.

H0bb1tM1ndTr1xBecause an opened box loses value, and you cant tell if the cards are damaged without opening them. Long term value of sealed product also is devalued when the box is damaged. A sealed box of innistrad is like $260-300 now. If you're box is all mangled.. they're not going to pay that.
