I have a huge complaint to make. This was my first purchase from Massdrop, but it will likely be my last. I ordered the Battle for Zendikar Booster Box and it arrived in the mail just the other day. To my surprise, the box was shipped in soft packaging and had been damaged in the mail. The edges of the box were beaten up, but I maintained hope that the cards inside were in good shape. In order to check the condition of the packs I opened the box. Each pack seemed to be cut unevenly (top and bottom plastic somewhat crooked), and even further, almost every pack had small slits cut into the bottom of the pack. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase before. Am I the only one who received a box and packs in this condition?

SelwonkMy box was also damaged, but luckily the cards were fine. WotC has added a small slit on the sealed area to make the packages easier to open, but they're in inconsistent areas of the package. In the picture you posted of a booster, it looks like it was jostled hard enough to actually open the booster a tad bit.
I posted my comment above, and emailed support but they've yet to get back to me. Their FAQ said they do not offer returns or exchanges since they're not a storefront, so I am hoping that they offer some discount or credit for the damage.
I got lucky with my box, with none of the cards being damaged from the terrible packaging choice.
