The “shipment” notice is BS. When are y’all actually shipping these? USPS still has t got it and it is clearly an attempt to delay shipment while appeasing people covertly.

djfir0I can explain what is going on. They lied in the email and said it was shipping from "Drop USA." It's not. It's first shipping through a sketchy company called International Bridge from a warehouse in Shenzhen, China. If you paste your USPS tracking number here https://www.myib.com/trackpackage you can actually see where your package is. Eventually it will be sent to USPS when it arrives to America. Mine is currently "awaiting international flight inspection." From what I found online, this step itself can take anywhere from 3-8 days and the entire process with this shipping company can take up to 3 weeks before USPS gets it. I actually tried cancelling my order the second I received the "unexpected delay" email and Customer Support didn't answer until it had been shipped.
