What is the warranty on the DM7 and if I have issues with the product in the future, is it claimed through Massdrop or can I claim it through linsoul.com?

MidnighTempestAre you referring to MD, BGVP, or Linsoul? I have had very very positive experience with Linsoul, having purchased directly from them the Fearless Audio S8Freedom, BGVP DM6, and TSMR-3 Pro. They are extremely professional and responsive.

jsmiller58Linsoul Specifically. I bought a set of DM6 from them that came w/ Defective Wire / Cable. They refuse to warranty it. Instead want me to spend additional $ on new Cables. I'd stick to penonaudio for International Orders.

MidnighTempestSorry that you had a bad experience with them! In your case, I would completely understand your caution and decision to not deal with Linsoul. Since all of my dealings with Linsoul have been very positive, I naturally hold a different opinion and I will continue to order from Linsoul.

MidnighTempestAs for warranty claims i can vouch for Begin Audio 100% as i had an issue with my DM6 same as yours like my left side wasn't working with stock cable and tried with some other too upon asking them they instantly offered me a replacement and i am happy with their services.

LinsoulI can send you my order proof if you want to and i ordered my DM6 from eBay. How does my comment links with that i am from Begin Audio? If i got positive response from any re seller i will obviously spread positive words. On top of this if i would from Begin Audio as you are speculating why would i comment now?

MidnighTempestYour frustration is clear. But you lose a lot of credibility basically saying they already have your emails, giving them a hint and challenging them to find the emails. You certainly could maintain the moral high ground by saying that you contacted them on specific dates, and then once again providing your information. If your intent is to make them look into it, and at the same time seem rational and mature, that’s the approach to take. Instead you went with what has the appearance of a childish hissy fit. You very likely have every right to be angry. But as my mother always told me, and how I raised my now grown and successful sons, “you might be right, but if you handle it wrong you lose it all.” As a result you lose an opportunity to be helped, and others may question the value of any warning you are trying to convey. and... before you flame me in response, this was an attempt to HELP you. Unless, of course, coming on here is more about therapeutic benefit for you due to your anger over the situation, rather than rectifying a bad situation or warning others.

jsmiller58Sorry I wasn't fortunate enough to have a Mother or Father teach me. I flame no one that has nothing to do my Issue with Linsoul. I'm simply Sharing my Experience I had with them & They don't seem to like that. I have no plan on sending a 3rd Email over a Cable. I apologize if this offended anyone else.

MidnighTempestThat's strange. Lilly and Rae bend over backwards for me the few times I've had an issue with anything I've purchased from Linsoul. They've given me several different options to solve my issues and I have zero complaints with customer service from Linsoul. They're among the best CS I've dealt with including non Chinese companies.

Telling customers they've shipped, when they haven't and won't for weeks, is itself a fail. Stalling for months with no word then sending a contractor who doesn't actually read posts they respond to is more fail. Of course could be do to just certain subcompanies they deal for, but they take the money.

Hey, John i am really sorry for all the mess created just because of this shopping season and just because one or two customers got in issue like that doesn't mean that entity is scam or like that. There are many customers who are praising our services and as for you we shipped your package but again we are giving you another thing as a token of apology that you will find in your mail in a day or two at max. You already have our contact number you can get update from us.
