This does seem like a good tent but is too similar to the Big Agnes Copper Spur UL2 which i have and around the same weight.
I note Big Sky have a couple of Cuben Fibre models with carbon pole options. To me, if this option were applied to this tent Big Sky would differentiate itself enough for ultralighters to want it. As it stands, the Copper Spur is more attractive and supplied by a company with a much bigger footprint in the industry.
Cheers,

Most of Big Sky's Evolution 2P tent materials, such as fabrics and poles, come from Korea and China... sewing for this batch of Evolution 2P tents was done in China... Big Sky's tents are also sewn in Vietnam

Hi Guys! I have the revolution and love it , I think the only main difference is the rev has exteral poles and can be set up easy in rain and the ev has internal poles. but awesome products, you will not be disappointed. my wife and I fit in the rev with ease . now looking for a 1person ultra light tent under 850 g like the Tarptent Notch, but being in Australia with freight will cost me $500 plus. A bit out of my league. any sussgestions?. cheers Muzza.

Cheers for that ! Have checked reviews and seems a nice tent, maybe a bit on the heavy side for me, trying to stay around the 700 to 800 g or less mark to stay in my weight budget. but once again cheers for the offer.

@bigskyintl Hi! I also have a few questions. Does the tent have any chemical treatments? Are flame retardants applied? Is any DWR (with pfoas) applied? Is the tent seam-sealed? Also, does it have a footprint / rugged floor? Is there any warranty on it? Thanks so much!

I also have a few questions. Does the tent have any chemical treatments? Are flame retardants applied? > no flame retardants... the outer/fly fabric is double coated silicone for waterproofing, which is 2x stronger than same fabric with PU coating Is any DWR (with pfoas) applied? > no Is the tent seam-sealed? > yes, floor is seam taped Also, does it have a footprint / rugged floor? > footprint is an available option from Big Sky... the floor is made with ultralight fabric that probably would be considered durable, but not "rugged" Is there any warranty on it? > yes, http://bigskyproducts.com/return-policy.aspx#warranty

What are the different between Evolution 2p tent and Revolution 2p tent? > Evolution 2P and Revolution 2P tents are both double wall freestanding tents with the same internal sizes > Evolution 2P inner sets up first, then fly/outer is added, poles are between inner and fly > Revolution 2P the inner is connected to outer so it sets up in one piece, but is an exoskeleton double wall tent with poles on the outside of the outer

Also note the weight listed does not include pegs or guide lines if you want to use them. So add 100g or so.

Really wish there was an optionf for the solid inner. when camping an a mountain plateau, even in summer, the solid inner can make a big difference.

From my experience with my Seoul 2, you won't really be able to pitch the fly lower. you can kind of angle it to one end a bit more but it won't sinch down at all 4 corners.

Big Sky's Evolution 2P tent was designed with about a 15cm (6in) gap between fly and ground to allow cool air to enter for better ventilation.

I could be wrong here, but wouldn't an all mesh inner wall by definition make it a single wall tent?

No, there is a separate rain fly, which makes it by definition a double walled tents. Single walled tents only have one wall, no separate rain fly.
