Thank you for reaching out to us with your question! Yes, the HeadLamp does have a memory feature that will hold the brightness level and lighting mode for up to 12 hours.

Can the electronics be removed to wash the headband?
it looks like the wire to battery pack goes through the headband, so I was wondering if it comes out ,to clean the headband

330 lumen total output?
I haven't seen an output measurement like that, don't you have to measure the highest output single beam?

Yes! There is a lighting mode that allows you to use the main (spot) and flood lights at the same time.
