EndoverendI own a few of the lanterns. They're great. 360 or 180 degree dimmable warm yellow lighting, USB output to charge devices and a port to power light pucks (two types available) externally. A full charge can last you 12+ hours of lighting. Free rubber cover replacements for life from the company as well, you just need to contact them and they'll send you new ones. The flashlight portion is okay, just two standard LEDs that are decently bright but I never use they function. There is a swivel handle that you can use to hold onto the lamp or hang it from branches. I would jump in on this but I already own both the panel (much better than goal zero) and the lantern. Note that it's quite a bit heavy for it's compact size. It houses 2x 18650 batteries inside that are NOT user replaceable, and is made of very dense impact plastic which does make it ridiculously durable. But ultralight backpackers who really focus on the grams will find something like snow peaks little snow flake lanterns might be more portable, albeit significantly less durable and versatile.
