I am not a fan of the metal brackets on the ends.
Instead, this is what I have (bought it a few years ago). Made in the US, which is always nice. And the mounting screws are recessed, so all you see is a floating block of wood. Magnets are strong and don't have weak points (I have some heavy shun knives on it). And also the wood looks great and the finish is really nice, can't feel a seam at all. It is more expensive, however.
