So first off, got the poles today. That was a nice surprise. The poles are great but the snow baskets were not included as mentioned. How can I get this resolved?

MavianThank you @Mavian @unclebenito and @paetrw for alerting us to the fact that the snow baskets were not included in the original shipments. These missing units have been ordered and we are working closely with the vendor to expedite the delivery to our warehouse. As soon as we see movement on the tracking information provided, we will update the group with the expected delivery date.
