How does the warranty work and all that stuff ? who would be supporting the camera once bought ? and what is the turn around time from the time the group buy closes to shipping out the camera ?

We handle the warranty, so if your device is defective you will need to send it to us in California, and we'll get a replacement unit out to you. After the groupbuy closes, you should get your camera in about 3 weeks. The previous Blackvue order took longer due to some hiccups with customs but we're confident those problems have been ironed out.

MarkHow long is the warranty ? Does the company not honor warranty if not bought directly through them ?

The warranty is 1 year. We work directly with Pittasoft- so the warranty is valid when purchased through us. If anything goes wrong you will not need to ship it back to Korea etc.
