For any Canadians considering joining in on this, when you factor in the current exchange rate, the shipping, and the $42 in customs fees that others have been dinged with in previous drops, it looks like you'd unfortunately be paying a few dollars more than getting it for $299 with free shipping from Amazon :(

Centurion229That's the slightly weird part: When placing the order on Amazon, it's not charging me anything for the taxes. Not exactly sure why, but I won't argue with them!

TheSquirrelKingIf it looks too good to be true then ... (no tax for me on Amazon either), BUT some things are true and so it may be too good to pass-up. This may be one of those cases. Perhaps someone else can confirm.
ALL: I'd requested (as have others) adding a PMP option to this buy, and have also asked for the option to buy a second mount and cable (for a second car). The reply was "we'll see what we can do" and if possible it will be offered. (thanks Mark!!!, for both).
