I read that the supply of these are delayed because of some unknown production problem. Do you have reliable information that these will ship immediately or if there is a firm date when they would ship?

HeikoMaxWe spoke to Pittasoft as recently as 4 days ago and every indication was that our order fulfillment would be on track. That being said, it wouldn't be the first time we were told something and then given a different story when we paid our invoice.
I'm fairly certain we'll get our shipment very shortly after we order it.
