im having a problem with my power magic pro. the power comes on only when the wires are at certain angles, so if i move the power box at all, the power cuts off. most of the time it has no power. i have to wiggle back and forth several times before it gets power, but then shuts off again. how do i get a replacement?

How is your power magic pro hooked up to the car? Also have you unplugged the plug on the back of the power magic pro, made sure there's no little bits inside, then made sure it was plugged back in snug?

Spencer_Byea, it works as it should, except when the wires get moved (driving over a bump or something will move them) then the power turns off. then if i wiggle the wires (not the connector), the power comes back. the wiring in the connector is definitely loose

How are the wires attached to the car? Any picture of the connections?

Spencer_Bthey're wired the way the instructions say. yellow (BATT) wired to fuse with power when ignition is off. red (ACC) is wired to fuse that has no power with ignition off. black is of course grounded. it's wired correctly. it wouldn't work if it wasn't - it switches to parking mode and back to normal driving mode the way it's supposed to.
the problem is the wires themselves. the power cut off can be reproduced by touching the wires where the connector is. i know you think there's something wrong with the way im wiring them, but it works perfectly fine as long as those wires don't get touched, which means there's something wrong with the power magic pro's connector/wires.
