A: Yes
Q: Can this Power Magic Pro thing be integrated with Power Battery Pack or something so it doesn't have to use the car battery at all? A: Why do you need the Power Magic Pro at all if you want to use the Power Battery Pack? But you could use both together, camera gets power from PBP, PMP keeps charging PBP while car is off. Camera would turn off after car hits voltage threshold AND the PBP is empty.
Mine hasnt over heated and you're answering a lot of your own questions. Not sure what the warranty is, check blackvue site.

How is the quality against some of the products available on Amazon like DOD LS430/LS460 and stuff? Does this BlackVue overheat and if not with Samsung Evo or Sandisk Class 10 Micro SD cards, will they not overheat with other reocmmended Transcend or Lexar Micro SD cards?
Who sells this product? What is the warranty term like? How reliable is the BlackVue?
