It's funny how people complain about shipping times or service. If you want instant delivery and good service, support your countries economy and buy one from an authorized dealer in your country? Or if you want to be an el cheapo and get it cheaper from MD, be prepared to wait.

bwillixyI'm perfectly fine with waiting longer to receive my dashcam. What I'm not okay with is entering into a business transaction, fulfilling my half of said transaction, and then not getting any updates or information when the party on the other end of the transaction runs into issues with fulfilling their half as it was originally laid out.
Massdrop posted the drop, took everyone's money who bought into it, and are now 4 days past having fulfilled their half of the transaction. If they ran into supply or shipping issues that's fine, the original post and confirmation email both listed that the shipping date was an estimate. What's not fine is failing to communicate that they've encountered those issues after explicitly informing everyone who bought into the drop that they would be updated should any changes arise with the shipping of our products.

HK-47Again if you want good service, maybe see if there's a local dealer in your area? I don't know just there are other options.

bwillixyI only a little annoyed that its late, but at what point does it become unreasonably late or too inconvenient ??? After 10 business days I think that we should be compensated with an addition 10% off of our orders. I do agree that if you want it right this second, that you should just head over to a local dealer or hit up amazon or newegg.

RolefoxI agree. At least provide an option to cancel the order at a certain time if the product isnt ready.
