Beware! This is junk. Got mine in January and it is crap. After it started to get hot in Texas the camera constantly fails and reboots over and over. Customer support said to format the card and load the new updates. It still fails all day long. I sent them the files from the card and they are saying the card is at fault, it's the card that came with the camera! I have some kind of vapor on my windshield near the camera like it vented a gas. Do not waste your money on this over priced junk!

learfxrDid you consider the possibility that they might be right ? I mean did you even try changing the memory card ? Of course if its the included card that's faulty then they should either refund the cards worth or send you a new one, or actually if I were you I'd send them the bill for the replacement card, but you're going to feel silly if you find out that it really is the card that's faulty which can happen and is definitely not BlackVues fault (I'm pretty sure they don't make the SD Cards).
I mean I recently acquired a Synology NAS that came with a faulty WD Hard-drive, wich I of course sent back and got a replacement which was also Faulty !!! So I finally had to get in touch with WD directly who sent me yet another replacement and all is good now, but I'm definitely never buying a WD hard-drive again (and these were the Red, supposedly special NAS high reliability HD, sure didn't seem reliable to me).
Anyway the point is that the NAS itself works fine and I'm definitely not blaming Synology for WD's shitty drives.
