I will never buy another Black Vue product. This dash cam has been nothing but trouble and the customer service out of Korea is terrible too. I have had several SD cards "get corrupted" and no longer usable. Most times, the ability to download or watch the video on my cell phone fails too. In fact, if I do watch a video via WiFi it then corrupts that video so that it cannot be downloaded to my computer. If you are considering a dash cam, buy from someone else. Also, since I bought this with Mass Drop my ability to exchange or return the dash cam is severely limited. When I buy with Amazon, at least I can get the product in 2 days not two months and can get return service if needed. My experience has not been good.
