I need to know who to contact for warranty issues on the camera, the one I bought on the last drop is not operating properly.
UPDATE: It took a bit to get customer decide to reply, but when they did, they apologized and said they have been very busy. That said, after a couple of back and forth emails, a new unit was shipped under warranty to replace my bad one. When I had bought the first one which is the bad one, I had been at another address and unfortunately this was shipped there. Customer service followed through and got the mailing address updated and just a few days longer shipping, I received the new one and it works flawlessly. I'd like to thank Kelly whom I worked with at customer service who made everything right.,

PeboContact Massdrop, I think they have an RMA process. I'm guessing that's also why they have extras they sell during the monthly bazaar.

Insane_DaweThanks I_D. I emailed their customer support a week or so ago and hadn't heard back. Today, I resubmitted my request to them via email, but decided that maybe I'd get a better response here. I'll keep you up to date on this issue.

PeboThese BlackVue Cameras are purchased directly through the manufacturer. It will carry the manufacturer's standard warranty of 1 year for the primary components and 6 months for the accessories.
