I got this in a drop several months ago, and out of the box the front camera was terribly out of focus. There was a video online that instructed how to manually adjust the focus, which involved rotating the lens by about a millimeter with a pair of pliers.
It looks fine now, but every so often the bitrate drops inexplicably. I looked at some footage I took driving around in the snow several weeks ago and the it lost a lot of resolution and detail. I have the latest firmware installed, so I don't know what the deal is.
QuirosHey @Quiros,
Sorry to hear about that, if the problems persist please reach out to our customer support team so they can be sure to get you squared away.

QuirosLatest firmwares (v2.xx) and above drop the video quality, downgrade back to v1.009 if you want to old bitrate bck. I don't recommend upgrading the firmware.
IlvtofuHey @Ilvtofu,
Yeah, unfortunately the new firmware with Over the Cloud drops the framerate to 15FPS. What you could do though is keep two memory cards on hand, one with the old firmware for driving around on a daily basis at full framerate, and another one with the new firmware if plan on leaving the car somewhere you could use the Over the Cloud feature.

LukasMHey Massdrop, can you get a drop for Cellink B Battery Backups? These are great when combined with any hardwired dash camera and eliminate car battery drain. 24/7 motion detection and only charges when the car is running. 30 minutes - 1 hour fast charge.

IlvtofuThat sucks. WTH?
OneLoveHey OneLove,
We are looking into adding Cellink battery backups as optional add-ons but do not have it locked down just yet.
