"The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 2/9." -Massdrop February 4th
Why has it taken over a month and a half delay for this to ship out? This is an insane amount of time to keep us waiting for, adding on to the already long wait time. I like Massdrop and I have participated in 5 drops but this is just ridiculous. I understand that things like this happen but the amount of time that it's taking is off the charts. If there was any way that you could compensate for making us wait this long would be incredibly appreciated.

It was delayed because the vendor found a few issues with the quality of the keycaps. In order to fix the problems, they had to fix the tooling and reproduce the offending keycaps. We apologize for the longer wait but figured people would be happier with products that meet expectations instead of something of lesser quality.

Alright so because of the fact that you (the seller) are not responsible for the delay caused by the manufacturer that you are in business with, you don't feel like you need to compensate your customers in any way after a shipping delay that lasted over a month. Fair enough, but lets all be real clear on that and take that into account when when purchasing from Massdrop in the future, specifically from this seller.
