I've had my set since October, '19 and recently bought a set of replacement cables from Hart. I've removed the earcup plugs a couple times but this time the right jack slipped up into the earcup just far enough to prevent either plug being attached. This with no more pressure or force than normal. While waiting for a reply about my options, and knowing what it would be having purchased no supplemental warranty, I began repair. I could not find any instructions here or online but see that several have had issues with the QC. Good News: I was able to effect repair but feel I need to warn you to be very careful how many screws you remove. The driver is a magnetic sandwich and comes out as a unit WITHOUT undoing the screws holding it together. I almost ruined mine separating the planar sandwich. I don't have photos but will be happy to communicate with anyone wishing to salvage their pair. It's a relatively easy fix if you avoid my error. I like these headphones and find they compare favorably with my Sundaras, run smoother than my Modded T60RP MkIIs.

HipieHaryI don't think the B20 were anywhere close to the Sundaras. Glad to hear you were able to repair yours though.
