I've been reading a few complaints about the size of this thing. Does anyone who own a pair and also own headphones like the Audio Technica ATH-AD900 and Beyer DT-250, kindly comment on the size and fit of the BLON in relation to those?

I don't have any of those headphones but here it is beside my Koss PP if it will help. I don't have a banana to scale.

Cx_bobAn ugly box and a cable. The Sivga 006 has a lot more going for it.

Cx_bobI own the B8 and SV006 and can confirm that they do not sound the same. The SV006 is bassier and brighter... and has a smaller headband. Both require a pad-swap to sound good... and be comfortable. Any Brainwavz oval pad would work, with the Micro Suedes being the best overall option for comfort and sound.

Cx_bobBoth are excellent headphones. I prefer the B8 because it's more forgiving with replacement pads than the more-V-shaped SV006, which has a narrower soundstage than the B8. Also, the B8's headband fully-retracted fits my large head perfectly. Those with average - or smaller - heads, should avoid the B8. No question the B8 is worth $60. It's not just a great headphone. It's one of the best values in the world of portable audio. Again though, you absolutely must replace either headphones' stock pads, which are uncomfortable and hinder the sound.

Cx_bobYes. Also, Brainwavz' thinner pads made for Sony (MDR-7506 series) will also fit the B8... and would likely result in less bass and more mids/treble.
