This was my first venture into quality knifes. I have a few Kershaws but at the price point I purchased them I don't consider them quality. Also not the best blade steel but at the price was to be expected.
With this Blue Box it didn't seem like a gamble, as I carry a knife daily and having more then of a decent knife isn't hard for me to swallow. So yes I would do this again in a heart beat.
This paid off big time though I ended up with the Delica in blue and the Chaparral. So ya it was a huge win. I my or may not have been dancing at one point.
I've carried my Delica everyday pretty much, unless a special event then the Chaparral.
The Chaparral also looks good on my 1971 Chaparral snowmobile. lol

This was my first go at a Massdrop Blue Box. I decided to go for it since the odds of getting an upgrade or even winning an additional Spyderco looked pretty good. No luck on that front but I still ended up with another solid knife from Spyderco at the same price other online retailers sell them for. The knife itself is of excellent quality as you would expect from Spyderco and a good option for a light weight EDC knife. One star off because without a Blue Box pickle the Delica can be found at this price any day of the week.

I bought this knife for a friend. He was looking for a replacement for a small knife that had worn out and was never a great knife to start with. He loves this knife! It was nice and sharp right out of the box. It is small and light and does not weigh down his pocket or dig into the side of his leg. For him, it is perfect. I have not seen him without it since I gave it to him.

the fit and finish on the delica I got was fantastic, just absolutely wonderful, smooth, sharp, and I got the carrying case as well! The only problem was I got the black coated serrated model, meaning I’ll be reselling it. But my aesthetic preference isn’t massdrop’s fault! Good job on this one!

Can't go wrong with Spyderco!
Originally purchased a standard Delica, but won the Delica with the Emerson Wave opener and was thrilled. I've owned many knives in the past with the Emerson Wave opener (ZT 0620CF, ZT 0620, many Kershaw/Emerson models) and I enjoyed them all. Out of all those knives, I still have the Delica.

My first Spyderco
This was my first spyderco and will probably be my last. I wasn’t very impressed with the knife. It felt cheap and low quality. was very small for the price and couldn't shave the hair on my arm or cut paper out of the box. I gave it away as a white elephant gift this past Christmas to a co worker. I don’t see myself purchasing another spyderco in the future. I really don’t see what the hype with them is all about.

Small but sharp
I was a little underwhelmed at how small this knife was, but it has come in handy. Right out of the box it was able to shave me and slice through any boxes I had to deal with at work. It is small and easy to lose in my pocket
