Mine didn't ship either. I just went ahead and got the refund because there is still no ETA on when the missing orders are going to ship.
i sent a support ticket out and got this responce "
Our logistics speicalists have let me know that this is most likely lost in transit. As the vendor is not able to ship replacements at this time, we have processed a full refund for your order.
You can expect to see the funds back in your account in the next 2-3 business days.
As a token of our apologies, I have added a $5 coupon to your account which will be automatically applied to the next drop you join. Your coupon will appear as a discount on the drop checkout page. Coupons can only be used once, so please note that if the full amount isn’t spent on your next order, there won’t be a remaining balance. This coupon expires one year from today."
my thoughts were they just haven't shipped it and have no stock left....
