Unfortunately, I think this drop is going to have a very negative impact on customers. Business (especially online) depends on customer confidence to thrive. When you compound the emotions / stress of the holidays with a negative experience, it magnifies it. I don't know if MD can kick in and 'overnight' or 2-day ship this drop as a way to save face here.
