Most of the orders have shipped out, but were delayed due to some confusion at the vendor's warehouse. It looks like some might make it to your doors before 12/25, but a large majority probably won't.
We know this is disappointing for many of you looking to hang this before Christmas and we want to apologize for the delay in shipping. We applied a $10 partial refund to everyone in this drop which you should be seeing within the next few business days.
Expect another update from us on 12/28 or sooner if something comes up.

For those still waiting on tracking to be provided, is there any time frame on when the remaining orders that have not shipped yet will be going out? Not trying to complain here but would like to have at least some idea when I can expect these to be here. Also wanted to say that the refund is a nice gesture. I understand that you are working with outside vendors and that things don't always go as planned. As a quick suggestion, I think a little more communication/updates would have probably made things a little easier for people to accept that they may not have before Christmas. Either way I am still looking forward to getting these in whenever they do ship. Thanks!
That is unfortunate that 3 of the orders have been sitting for a week and half without any movement. At this point I know I won't get my 4 orders before Christmas but for the people that I was planning on giving these as gifts to I would like to be able to let them know when these are to be arriving. Just keeping my fingers crossed that I might get some of the upgrades and that's why they haven't shipped yet. Trying to have some positive thinking with all of the negativity surrounding this drop.
I've still received no shipping notice and my status just shows as "order placed with vendor." This is really disheartening to see when other folks are posting that they've received theirs. Tyler, what can you do to make me feel better about this? I'm very, very frustrated. Am I ever going to get these things?
Just a thought - you should send an email notice to people who are receiving the partial refund. I saw a Massdrop credit appear on my statement that had no explanation and had to hunt it down here in the discussion.
