Pretty sure I won't be purchasing from Massdrop again. You could say they "dropped" the ball on this. Good plan to get lots of people interested, take their money and wait out until they can't dispute the charge anymore. Expected ship date is past, there needs to be an update or refund. Period.
it could be the vendors fault, not massdrops.
It likely is the vendors fault on the delay, the communication however, is ridiculous.
Yeah... They should be more active here, and not just ignore peoples concerns and e-mail us every now and then, but still i understand that it takes lots of resources to be active on every items message boards. I really don't mind that it takes so much time to get those headphones cuz just got new ones little while ago,.
I'm the same way. I believe it can sometimes come down to the vendor as they ship to Massdrop and Massdrop ships to us. I've ordered a fair amount from Massdrop and usually get the items in and around the timeframe they provide. This is the first time that I've had this type of issue.

Yeah, I got the email too, but I don't think it's the most fair to attribute one drop from Massdrop that has delayed times have someone never use this service again. I also have the Godspeed keycap drop which just got delayed another month, but im not threatening to cancel any orders. It's only been 4 days over the expected ship date with an explanation as to why it's taking longer than usual. I don't know why people have this overwhelming hate right now.
Massdrop has not sent any emails with clear or transparent communication. That is on them.
starting to think about it, it's been over a month from the purchase date, and they haven't even sent them out yet... i hope they compensate us someway cuz this is not acceptable, no matter who's fault it is, one thing is sure that it isn't our fault and we shouldn't be the ones "suffering" :D
