I recently received my Bluewave GET and... wow... super disappointed.
I am having significant dropout issues on both my phone and PC Bluetooth -- issues that do not happen with other Bluetooth devices. If I'm ~8 feet away or so, it starts to drop out, and if I'm moving around (even if the phone is literally in my pocket and the Bluewave is clipped to my shirt) it drops as well - which is bad for a device I'd like to use when I'm jogging or working out.
Also, there is significant hiss coming through on my headphones, both my IEMs and more sensitive headphones, and it's very annoying - I don't get that level of hiss from other sources. Almost everything I've plugged into it, save for some high impedance Sennheiser cans, has some degree of noticeable white noise hissing, which is louder and more annoying than what I get from the actual headphone jack on my PC or phone.
I will say that when it's working correctly, the sound is very good, and I didn't know such quality was possible over Bluetooth, and I was excited at the potential for such a device. However in any actual real-life use case I have for this thing, it seems to fail. I'm not going to sit still at a desk, 2 feet from the source with heavy, high impedance headphones on my head just to use this thing. I don't know if the one I have is defective or what, but I'm quite disappointed in the product and I guess I'll look into a return if that's possible.

Thank you for the response, as well as your responses and support to others in this discussion thread. I appreciate a company that stands behind its products, even if I'm having problems with that product. In the future I would at least be willing to give them another shot due to good customer service.
As to my issue - I emailed you at that address already, before posting in the discussion here.
