i Just received my Drop today via FedEx. Was excited to get this... looks slick and feels nice. however, I do notice the audible hiss and it is pretty loud and always present. Is it possible that I ended up getting a Hi Gain version? I was under the impression that the previous drop before this one was the low gain... anyone else get delivery from the previous Drop and can comment? Btw, I’m using it with Drop+ IEM.

NeodanHi it should be written on the Packaging if it is hi or low gain. We also have in very small quantities impedance adapters available trough our website (I will not post the link, not sure promoting sales trough an other channel would be appropriate but should be easy to find) you can also reach me at info@bluewaveaudio.ca for support or warranty.
