Most things about this umbrella are really good. It’s very well made, materials are excellent, and it looks great. But the canopy is really, very small. The measurement is from tip to tip across the canopy, but the design of the umbrella means that the edge is a scalloped shape. This leads to a much smaller usable area than is implied by the diameter. Other similarly sized compact umbrellas have substantially larger and more useful canopies. If you want a Blunt, the Classic is far more useful, albeit it does not collapse.
