Taipei-based BN Works is on a mission create a sleeker, sturdier pen—one to replace the pile of pens that typically clutter your bag, desk, or drawer. The result is the Twiist: a tool that combines the functions of a rollerball pen and a digital stylus. The dual-twist mechanism has a standard rollerball refill on one end and a silicone-tip stylus on the other for use on touchscreen devices. It’s perfect for anyone with a hybrid analog-digital workflow. Just twist the barrel or the top of the pen to deploy or retract the writing tip of your choice. Your Twiist comes with a preloaded Schmidt P900 ballpoint refill and an additional P8126 rollerball refill, and is also compatible with any Parker-style G2 refill. The stylus tip is threaded to screw securely onto the top of the pen and easy to replace when worn out.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of pen color: black/copper, black/silver, rose gold/black, or silver/black. For an additional $5, you can add a Schmidt P900 refill 3-pack in black or a Schmidt P8126 refill 2-pack in black or blue.
Founded in 2015, BN Works is operated by second-generation pen maker Tony Kuo. Kuo and his team believe in the value of writing with a pen and ink, and the ability of the written word to start conversations, open doors, and transport you to another place. Along with innovative writing tools like the Twiist, the company produces a diverse range of stationery products.
