I like the look of the wallet, and it seems well made. However, I am disappointed that the "commuter pocket" on the outside of the wallet doesn't allow a smart card to be picked up while it stays in the pocket. I specifically asked about this, and was under the impression that I wouldn't need to remove the card from the outside pocket for it to work, but that isn't the case. While, I'm going to keep using it, I'm a little worried about wear and tear on the card and the wallet from removing it and putting it back in, four times a day.
It's a great wallet, but I wanted to make a comment so that anyone considering the same factor I was would know the right answer in the next drop.

It is RFID protected. The advertising when I joined the drop said that it had an external pocket that wasn't protected so that you could use mass transit cards without taking them out. As it is, it's more convenient to have the pocket outside, but you still have to take out the card. This adds wear and tear to the wallet and the card, and you need two hands free. I still use the wallet and it's holding up pretty well (some of the internal stitching has failed after 2+ years of use), but it wasn't quite what they promised me.

Arrived in the mail today! Unfortunately, it seems that the ID window of the Weekender is somehow RFID protected? The metro can't seem to detect my transport card :/

Recieved mine today. Very happy with my purchase. Leather quality and finishing is top notch.
I have been using saddleback bifold for the last 2 years. Though it had gained good patina, it also developed pimple like rough surface.
This looks a lot more refined compared to saddleback especially on the edges where it's neatly finished.

Mine arrived and it's everything I hoped for. The leather is supple and it's stretched to hold all my cards and cash quite nicely. It's a huge upgrade to the cheap pleather front pocket wallet I've been using!

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 9/19.

Anyone know any alternative to the Becker Slimster? I've been looking forever for a design like that which isn't priced above €50!

on the slimster, is it really 4'' by 3.5''? Amazon page for it says 4'' by 3'' ... and the picture DEFINITELY does not look like 4'' by 3.5'' -- that would nearly be a square shaped wallet which I wouldn't want. Just want clarification for measurements of slimster.
I measured the pictures, and the ratio of the slimster is 1:1.4 in the picture, but the dimensions 3'' x 4'' make it 1:1.14. Clarify please because I'm interested in this wallet!
