So I finally got my ID card case yesterday and thankfully I'm quite pleased with the actual product. Because other than that, this purchasing experience has been miserable. It's been nearly 2 months since I made the purchase. The amount of delays and stuff was terrible and then shipping was atrocious. I know that's sort of Massdrop as usual, but it has been especially slow and poor this time around.
Just a suggestion to Massdrop (should you take it or not) but maybe in the future if long unexpected delays happen, you should perhaps consider giving some sort of free upgraded shipping to make up for it. Smartpost took nearly as long as the whole delay ordeal did. I realize a lot of this was outside of your control, but if you value having satisfied shoppers, you might want to take it upon yourselves to not let things get this out of hand.
Anyway this has just left a very sour taste in my mouth overall. So I'll refrain from saying anything else.

jdpmanThey cancelled my order after I repeatedly said that I wanted to wait for the back order. I too was left with a very sour taste in my mouth. In fact it tasted more like#!@*
