One of the mugs was broken in shipping and Massdrop does not do returns, as far as anyone can tell. However I suggest if you get a broken glass you contact Bodum directly. According to their Return and Warranty page, broken glasses must be reported within 5 days to get a replacement, and used items cannot be returned: https://www.bodum.com/us/en/warranty-and-returns

I really love these mugs. Bought two sets and am using them both. They’re lightweight, but sturdy and they do keep the coffee warmer than a regular mug.

Mugs were great for about 3 washings when one of them ended up with water and soap trapped between the two walls.... that one ended up in the trash. Second is still holding up at the moment. We'll see how long that lasts for. I would not recommend.

My delivery was damaged as one of the mugs was broken in the shipping box. I sent a complaint to Mass Drop although I haven't heard back from them yet.
