Great grip

The knife feels great in in the hand! ( I would say minor average sized) the scales look like marbled carbon until you hit them with light - guaranteed "wow" every time.

Knife is awesome - overall is disapointment

The knife is great. handles are cool - all good in that field. BUT - when I buy a knife that costs 99USD after discount, and more important - a limited edition knife, I expect more I expect that I will get it in a branded box. I expect to get a certificate of some sort, or at least that on the knife itself it will say number XXX out of YYY and not just the number itself. In a few years, I want to sell it, and I will not remember that there were only 600 units... and no one will believe me as well (just saying, I won't actually sell it)

Looks grate and excellent quality

Nice weight and the mechanism is very smooth and operates well. The blade was slightly off center when it arrived but tightening up the torx screw fixed that.

Cool and quality piece!

Having a black light to charge up the GITD scales is a must. Normal light really won't work well. But definitely is a cool knife!

Never been a huge fan of frame locks but just too many knives out there I like that are. Otherwise the Stout Commander gets an A+ feels good in the hand, not too heavy. Blade is so slightly off-center. For me the handles sold me, I know it's a Love/Hatefor some people but I like GITD.

Benchmade or any axis lock are all ambi and a far superior mechanism to liner or framelock for one handed open/close and not having to have your thumb in blade path while you do it. Axis mechanism is 100% ambi, so as long as the model offers the option to swap the clip to the other side, you're set. Check the Benchmade Griptilian and Mini Griptilian. I've tried everything - EVERYTHING out there and nothing has dethroned the Griptilians I've carried for 15 years.

Woah, easy there, guy. No need to get your knickers in a twist. Again, it is my opinion, so you're right about that. Yet, to assume I know nothing about knives, well, I may not know everything, but I know enough that just because it's a frame lock, doesn't mean the handle has the scale only on one side. I've seen plenty of frame lock knives where the handle is the same color/material on both sides. So, not really sure what you're going on about there. Regardless, I explained why I don't like this knife in my previous response, so at the end of the day, I think we can just agree to disagree.

Then go buy the normal one on Bladehq instead of complaining about an Exclusive. The knife itself with shredded carbon fiber at $99 is a steal. it’s also a FRAME lock, so no duh the scale is only on one side. This comment screams “I know nothing about knives but here is my opinion”.
