I don't know why you have issues shipping "tactical" knives across borders: I've bought dozens of "tactical" knives (from various sellers: ebay, amazon, and others)) over the last few years with no problems. As long as they aren't prohibited (push daggers/double edged/etc) there's no law excluding the shipping of this type of knife. *Here's a tip: I've suggested to a few sellers that they mark the package as "Camping Tool", or Camping knife", rather than "tactical knife"... Anything "tactical" stands a good chance of being checked out and possibly stopped at customs... "Camping" tools almost never. In over 15 years of buying hundreds of knives online, I've only lost 1 to customs (a mini push dagger that was a bonus to the knife I bought, and that knife made it to me).
