Pictures and pricing are switched between Tactical and MPP models. MPP is the cheapest at $28.95 retail, and has the glass breaker on the cap. Tactical model is $33.95 MSRP, and has the steel insert on the tip. I would join this drop but I think it is extremely confusing. Not surprised that others have been getting the wrong pen.
